Registrar of El Elyon’s Fortress

I, Tizzeal Pharaoh El, born of divine breath on November 10, 1997 into the sacred Fortress of El Elyon, do hereby correct the record of status. A jurisprudential entity titled Donald Darrell Thompson was fraudulently established within the UNITED STATES municipal corporation, without my full will, consent, or covenantal authority. I formally withdraw all presumed consent to municipal corporate jurisdiction. I stand not as a citizen of the United States, nor of the District of Columbia, but as a free and ecclesiastical person under the Most High El Elyon. I now and forever realign my legal and spiritual standing under divine law, pre-constitutional jurisdiction, and sacred decree—outside all corporate constructs of federal, municipal, or maritime nature. This record is now deposited into the Registrar of El Elyon’s Fortress, witnessed by the seal of the divine, to be held for inspection and enforcement under eternal jurisdiction.
